HOW TO ORDER GOODS

There are two ways to order goods of interest. You can order by e-mail (obchod@knezek.cz) or our e-shop. The goods put easily to the basket and than you can continue with shopping or follow the instructions to complete the order. We sent you a order confirmation in next 12 hours. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
In case you want to provide a transport of selected goods to your country (place of delivery), contact us please on  obchod@knezek.cz or call +420 596 941 050.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Warranty order of KNEZEK company is in compliance with Czech legal order, especially according to enactment of code of civil law.  It is only applied to goods, that is claimed in due form and time in guarantee period.  Guarantee period  is 24 months according to Czech legal order.

In case, you will find some defect on goods during guarantee period, that is not brought about unsuitable usage, you have the right for justified claim. Please send the reclaimed good back to our adress with copy of proof of purchase (invoice) and description of defect. You will be informed about the settlement of a claim by e-mail.

Your satisfaction with settlement of a claim is our target.
